Aihamaste LLC and the software it publishes. Effective September 17, 2026.
Part One covers the whole company and this website. Part Two has one section per product, describing exactly what that product reads, what it writes, and where the data sits. Different products touch very different data, so the product section is the one that answers a specific question.
Aihamaste LLC is a California limited liability company that develops and licenses clinical operations software for cash-pay medical practices. It does not provide medical care, medical advice, or any clinical service.
When Aihamaste software processes data belonging to a licensed business, that business controls the data and Aihamaste acts on its instructions. Aihamaste does not use a licensed business's data for its own purposes.
Where a product depends on an outside service, that service is named in the product's section below along with what reaches it. Aihamaste adds no analytics service, no tracking service, and no third party that is not required to run the product.
Aihamaste has adopted a written security policy set, a security risk analysis, and a designated security officer. Access credentials are stored so that only the account running the software can read them. Connections to outside services use each service's own authorization process rather than stored passwords.
A licensed business can end a product's access at any time by revoking the connection inside the connected service and deleting any key it issued. Both take effect immediately. What happens to data already stored is described in the product's section.
aihamaste.com is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no contact form, login, or tracking of any kind. Nothing is collected from a visit to it. If you email the address at the bottom of this page, we hold that email in order to reply to you.
California residents have rights over personal information held about them, including the right to know what is held and to request its deletion. Aihamaste does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To make a request, use the email address at the bottom of this page.
Aihamaste may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Material changes affecting an existing licensed business are communicated to that business directly.
One section per product Aihamaste has released. A product not listed here is not released.
Private bookkeeping software that records a business's own Stripe payouts in its own QuickBooks Online company. It runs on a computer the licensed business owns.
What it reads from Stripe, using a restricted key limited to two things:
That key cannot move money, and it cannot read customers, charges, cards, names, email addresses, or contact details. Those permissions are switched off at Stripe rather than filtered out afterward.
What it reads from QuickBooks Online. The accounts and items it needs by name, and the entries it has already created, so it can check its own work and avoid writing anything twice.
What it writes to QuickBooks Online. Sales receipts, refund receipts, and bank deposits, each filed against one generic customer rather than a person. It has no ability to edit or delete an existing record.
What it never handles. No names, no contact details, no card or bank account numbers, and no health information. This is a property of how it is built, not a setting that could be changed by mistake.
Where the data sits. On the licensed business's own computer: its access keys, and its record of which payouts it has already posted, both in files readable only by the account that runs it. Aihamaste operates no server for this product, receives no copy of anything it reads or writes, and has no access to the business's Stripe account or QuickBooks company.
Outside services. Stripe and Intuit QuickBooks Online only, both being services the licensed business already holds in its own name.
How long it is kept. The local record of posted payouts stays on that computer until the business deletes it. Entries written into QuickBooks belong to the business and are governed by its own QuickBooks account.
