Aihamaste LLC is a California limited liability company that develops and licenses clinical operations software for cash-pay medical practices. It does not provide medical care, medical advice, or any clinical service.
These terms govern every piece of software Aihamaste publishes. Part Two below describes each product and adds any terms specific to it. Where a product section and these general terms conflict, the product section controls for that product.
These apply to all Aihamaste software.
Aihamaste grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its software to the specific businesses it authorizes in writing, for the term and on the conditions stated in that written agreement. No one else is licensed to use it.
Aihamaste software is not sold. Aihamaste retains all ownership of it, including every copy, modification, and derivative work.
Where a product connects to an outside service such as QuickBooks Online or Stripe, the licensed business holds and controls those accounts and completes the authorization itself. Aihamaste does not hold a credential to a licensed business's outside accounts unless that business has given one in writing.
Keeping those credentials secure on its own systems is the licensed business's responsibility. Any connection can be revoked at any time from within the connected service, and revoking it stops the software's access immediately.
Aihamaste software assists with business records. The licensed business remains responsible for reviewing its own records and for the accuracy of its financial statements, clinical documentation, and any filing made from them. Nothing Aihamaste software produces is accounting, tax, legal, or medical advice.
Aihamaste does not commit to a service level unless the written agreement with a licensed business states one. Support scope, hours, and response times are set in that agreement.
Aihamaste software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Aihamaste does not warrant that any product will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aihamaste is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of the use of or inability to use its software.
A license ends when the written agreement behind it ends, or on a material breach of these terms that is not corrected within a reasonable time after notice. On termination, the licensed business stops using the software and disconnects it from any connected service. Records the software already wrote into the business's own systems remain the business's property.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Aihamaste may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Material changes affecting an existing licensed business are communicated to that business directly.
One section per product Aihamaste has released. A product not listed here is not released.
Private bookkeeping software. It reads completed payouts from a Stripe account and records the matching sales receipts, refund receipts, and bank deposits in a QuickBooks Online company, so the deposits in the accounting records match the deposits in the bank account.
It is not sold or offered to the public and is not listed in the Intuit App Store or any other marketplace.
